CHAP. 179. An ACT granting a pension to Peter L. Allen.

[SEC. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, directed to $13 33 1-3 per place the name of Peter L. Allen, on the invalid pension roll, January, 1926. and that he be paid at the rate of thirteen dollars and thirtythree cents and one-third per month, being the one-third of a captain's pay, to commence on the first of January, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-six. Approved, 28th June, 1836.

CHAP. 180. An ACT for the relief of John Logan.

[SEC. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represenlatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be directed to place the name of John Logan, of Ohio, on the roll of revolutionary pensioners; from 4th March and that said Logan be paid the sum of thirty dollars, per annum, commencing on the fourth day of March, anno Domini, eighteen hundred and thirty-one.

CHAP. 181. An ACT for the relief of John Conkin.

[SEC. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represenlatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

CHAP. 182. An ACT for the relief of Thaddeus Potter, of the State of New

York.

SEC. 1.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represen tatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, directed to place $20 per annum, the name of Thaddeus Potter, on the revolutionary pension roll, 181. and allow him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per year, to

commence on the fourth day of March, in the

year one thousand eight hundred and thirty-one, and to continue during his life. Approved, June 28th, 1836.

CHAP. 183. An ACT for the relief of William Foxworthy.

[SEC. 1.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represen tatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 130 per annum, That the Secretary of War be directed to place upon the roll of from 4th March, revolutionary pensioners, the name of William Foxworthy, of Kentucky, and that he be paid the sum of thirty dollars per annum, from the fourth day of March, A. D. eighteen hundred and thirty-one. Approved, June 28th, 1836.

CHAP. 184. An ACT for the relief of Ephraim F. Gilbert.

[SEC. 1.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represen tatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is, authorized, $15 per month, empowered, and directed to place the name of Ephraim F. Gilbert, late a captain in the army of the United States, on the roll of invalid pensioners of the United States, at and after the rate of fifteen dollars per month, commencing on the first of January, eighteen hundred and thirty-three, and to pay him from that time, at that rate, during his natural life.

CHAP. 185. An ACT for the relief of Godfrey Vought.

[SEC. 1.]-Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is, directed to place 70 per annum, Godfrey Vought, of the county of Bradford, in the State of Peunfrun 4h March, sylvania, on the pension roll of the United States, and that there be allowed to the said Godfrey Vought, the sum of seventy dollars per annum, during his natural life, to commence on the fourth day of March, eighteen hundred and thirty-one.

CHAP. 186. An ACT for the relief of John Lent.

[SEC. 1.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represen tatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is, directed to place John Lent, of the county of Bradford, in the State of Pennsyl from th May, vania, on the pension roll of the United States, and that there be allowed to the said John Lent, the sum of eighty dollars per annum, during his natural life, to commence on the eighth day of May, eighteen hundred and thirty-three.

CHAP. 188. An ACT granting a pension to Charles Blake.

[SEC. 1.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That there be paid, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Charles Blake, of Northfield, in the State of $15 per Massachusetts, formerly a surgeon's mate in the navy of the from 1st January, United States, a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars a month, to commence on the first day of January, eighteen hundred and thirty-four, and to continue during his natural life. Approved, June 28th, 1836.

CHAP. 189. An ACT granting a pension to Walter Dyer.

[SEC. 1.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, directed to re

CHAP. 190. An ACT for the relief of Jeremiah Goldsmith.

[SEC. 1.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represen tatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is, directed to place the name of Jeremiah Goldsmith, of Massachusetts, upon the $30 per anus roll of revolutionary pensioners, and to pay him at the rate of from 4th March, thirty dollars per annum, during his natural life, the said pension to commence on the fourth day of March, anno Domini, eighteen hundred and thirty-one. Src. 1.] Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, $40 per annum That the Secretary of War be directed to place the name of Joseph Tuttle, of New York, on the revolutionary pension roll, and to pay him at the rate of forty dollars per annum, commencing on the fourth day of March, anno Domini eighteen hundred and thirty one, and to continue during his natural life.

[SEC. 1.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, $120 per annum That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, required to place from 4th March, the name of Mathias Traverse, of Dorchester county, Maryland,

[SEC. 1.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. $20 per annum That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is, instructed to place from 4th March the name of Joseph Danforth, of New Hampshire, on the roll of

revolutionary pensioners, and that he cause to be paid to said Danforth the sum of twenty dollars per annum during his natural life, to commence on the fourth day of March, anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and thirty-one.
