CHAP. 1. An ACT to authorize the President of the United States to cause the public vessels to cruise upon the coast in the winter season and to relieve distressed navigators.

Governor of Arkansas.

SEC. 2. CHAP. 3. An ACT to provide for the payment of the annuities which will become due and payable to the Great and Little Osages, in the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty-eight, and for other purposes.
