An ACT to amend an act entitled “An act to require the judge of the district of East and West Tennessee to hold a court at Jackson, in said State," ap proved June eighteenth, eighteen hundred and thirty-eight. [Sec. 1.) Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Repre sentatives of the United States of America in Congress as.
