PROCEEDINGS

Twenty-first Annual Meeting of the
Michigan Gas Association

Thursday evening, September 5, 1912.

The Twenty-First Annual Meeting of the Michigan Gas Association, held in Toronto, Canada, and on board Steamer Rochester en route the Thousand Islands, September 4, 5 and 6, 1912, was called to order by the President, Mr. F. W. Blowers, on board the Steamer Rochester, Thursday evening, September

5, 1912.

President Blowers:

We have with us to-night some visitors, Mr. Arthur Hewitt Mr. John Keillor, Mr. John Armstrong and Mr. W. Kennedy, who took care of us in very good shape yesterday, and we want them to feel that for this meeting at least, they belong to our membership and that they are free to enter into our discussions and join us in our proceedings, and I hope that they will do so.

On motion of Mr. Blauvelt the roll call was dispensed with. The President suggested that inasmuch as all members had received copies of the bound proceedings of the last annual meeting it would be entirely in order to dispense with the reading of the minutes of the last meeting, and on motion of Mr. Eaton it was so ordered.
