On request by Mr. Reid and by unanimous consent, it was Ordered, That at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, September 6, 2011, the Senate proceed to executive session to consider the nomination of Bernice Bouie Donald, of Tennessee, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Sixth Circuit; that there be 30 minutes for debate equally divided in the usual form; that upon the use or

yielding back of time, the Senate proceed to vote, without any intervening action or debate, on confirmation of the nomination; that upon confirmation, the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table, with no intervening action or debate, that the President be immediately notified of the Senate's action and the Senate then resume legislative session.
