On further request by Mr. Rockefeller and by unanimous consent, it was Ordered, That the nomination be considered and confirmed; that the motion to reconsider be laid on the table; that the President be immediately notified of the Senate's actions and that the Senate return to legislative session.

Ordered, That at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, February 28, 2011, the Senate proceed to executive session to consider the following nominations: Amy Totenberg, of Georgia, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Georgia, and Steve C. Jones, of Georgia, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Georgia.

Ordered further, That there be one hour for debate equally divided in the usual form; that upon the use or yielding back of time, the nomination of Amy Totenberg be confirmed and the Senate then proceed to vote, without intervening action or debate, on the nomination of Steve C.
