CHAP. 108. AN ACT for the relief of Ann Clayton.

[SEC. 1.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress Name to be assembled, That the Secretary of War is hereby required to placed on the place Ann Clayton, of Muskingum county, Ohio, on the pension.roll, granting her a pension and the pay of a lieutenant, as the widow of Henry Clayton, deceased, who was a pensioner, and who was a lieutenant in the Revolution, in lieu of the pension and pay of a private, which she now receives as such widow, commencing for such lieutenant's pay from the fifteenth day of October, eighteen hundred and forty-five.
