It is accounted for as follows: Certain bills against different departments were turned in to the Secretary for settlement, and as yet remain unpaid. Such accounts appear as settled in the report here submitted. In accounts of vegetable garden and small fruits there is a large variety of young grapes not yet in bearing, also strawberries, asparagus, and currants. REPORTS OF DEPARTMENTS.
