This volume, the Report of the Secretary of the State Board of Agriculture, is the Report of the Michigan State Agricultural Col= lege. In Michigan the State Board of Agriculture owes its exist= ence and has its duties in connection with the College. An Act of Congress, approved July 2, requires the College to send its reports, postage free, to the other Agricultural Colleges and departments of Colleges endowed by that act.
