Council Concurrent Resolution in relation to printing. Resolved, by the Legislative Council of the Territory of Montana, the House concurring : . That the sum of nine hundred and four dollars be and is hereby appropriated out of the territorial treasury to Thomas Deyarmon for newspapers furnished, and for printing for Council and House. The territorial auditor is hereby authorized to draw his warrant on the treasurer for said amount. Approved February 12th, 1874. House Joint Resolution to compensate L. M. Todd for transporting ammunition from Helena to the arsenal at Virginia City. Resolved, by the Council and House of Representatives of the Territory of Montana : That the auditor is hereby authorized and directed to issue a warrant on the territorial treasurer, in favor of L. M. Todd, for the sum of one hundred and thirty-five dollars ($135), for transporting nine thousand pounds of ammunition from Helena to the arsenal at Virginia City. Approved January 17, 1874.
