R. 5) of notice to Great Britain to annul and abrogate the conention between Great Britain and the United States of the sixth of August, 1827, relative to the country on the northwest coast of America, vestward of the Stony mountains, commonly called Oregon: in which hey request the concurrence of the Senate.
