The Members of the Subcommittee questioned the witnesses concerning these special sales and their impact on the economy and related industries and consumers of wood products. During the proceedings, Chairman Weaver asked the witnesses to obtain information by region and submit it for the record. At 11:45 a.m. the meeting was adjourned, subject to the call of the Chair.
