INTRODUCTORY NOTE. The further sequence of events, consisting chiefly of our Lord's appearances, presents comparatively few difficulties. The various manifestations which the Saviour made of himself to his disciples and others, as recorded by the evangelists and Paul, may accordingly be arranged and enumerated as follows: 1.
