Էջ 130 - At the regular meeting of the Association the order of business shall be : 1. The reading of the minutes of the last meeting. 2. The address of the President. 3. The report of the Executive Committee on the management of the Association during the previous year. 4 The report of the Treasurer. 5. Reports of Special Committees.
Էջ 132 - Any member may retire from membership by giving written notice to that effect to the Secretary, and the payment of all annual dues to that date, but shall remain a member and liable to the payment of annual dues until such payments are made, except as hereinafter provided.
Էջ 129 - SEC. 4. The Executive Committee shall manage all the affairs of the society, subject to the action and approval of the society at its meeting.
Էջ 129 - The President, or in his absence one of the VicePresidents, shall preside at all meetings of the Association and its Board of Directors, and perform the ordinary functions of the presiding officer.
Էջ 129 - He shall give a bond to the President in such sum, and with such sureties, as shall be approved by the Executive Committee.
