"To my sceptre bow the knee.”
“Ready my salvation is ;
“Sinners, Mourners, bow the knee". 3 “Come, from youth to hoary age.
“I will all your griefs assuage;
“Ev'ry soul, that bows the knee.” 4 “Soon to judgment, lo, I come,
Hear the unbeliever's doom; “Those that slight my mercy free,
“Must to Justice bow the knee." 5 “See the saints at my right hand,

L. M. Invitation to Backsliders.
1 RETURN, O wanderer, return!
God hears thy deep repentant sigh: He sees thy soften'd spirit mourn,
When no intruding ear is nigh. 2 Return, O wanderer, return!
Thy Saviour bids thy spirit live ;
How freely Jesus can forgive. 3 Return, O wanderer, return!
And wipe away thy falling tear:
'Tis mercy's voice invites thee near. 4 Return, O wanderer, return!
Regain thy lost, lamented rest:
8. 7. 4. Warned. 1 To the ark away, or perish,
Sinners, to the ark away;
Vain the hope that thousands cherish
When destruction Cometh, that no arm can stay. 2 Hear the Lord, himself invites you,
To his arms, a refuge sare;
When he thunders, Who his anger can endure? 3 They are safe, and none beside them,
Who the Saviour's word obey ;
He will hide them

. WASABOURX, 1 FLEE from the wrath to come !
“Stay not in all the plain; Sinners, the gospel calls you home,
Its blessings to obtain. 2 Flee from the wrath divine,
“Which is reveal'd from heav'n, Against ungodliness and sin,”
Except through Christ forgiv'n.
3 Flee from the wrath of God!
O haste without delay,
That turn'd that wrath away. 4 In Jesn's name alone,
The guilty are receiv'd;
Who in his name believ'd.
WATTS. I SINNER, O why so thoughtless grown?
Why in such dreadful haste to die? Daring to leap to worlds unknown,
Heedless against thy God to fly?
Behold the God of love unfold,
For ever telling, yet untold.
Before you farther go;
Of everlasting woe ?
All your sins will round you crowd,
And what can you reply.
That you his will oppose ? Fear you not that iron rod,
With wbich he breaks his foes ! Can you stand in that dread day, When he judgment shall proclaim? And the earth shall melt away
Like wax before the flame?
Your forehead lin’d with brass,
He will not let you pass :
And hide us from his face.” 4 But as yet there is a hope,
You may his mercy know;
He still forbears the blow;
Me says "There still is room."
