Էջ 314 - Every person is entitled to a certain remedy in the laws for all injuries, or wrongs which he may receive in his person, property, or character ; he ought to obtain justice freely, and without being obliged to purchase it, completely and without denial, promptly and without delay, conformably to the laws.
Էջ 319 - Schools and the means of education shall forever be encouraged in this State; and the General Assembly shall take measures to preserve from waste or damage such lands as have been, or hereafter may be, granted by the United States for the use of schools...
Էջ 124 - State during the six months immediately preceding such election, and shall have declared his intention to become a citizen of the United States, conformably to the laws of the United States on the subject of naturalization, shall be entitled to vote in the township or precinct where he may reside.
