SUBSCRIBERS are entitled to two volumes at a time, paying in advance; week 12 1-2 cents; for each octavo 12 1-2 cts. and after the fourth week 25 cts. per week. VII. Every volume not returned within one week, enters on a second, and so on until returned. VIII. Books not returned at the expiration of eight weeks, are considered sold and must be paid for accordingly. IX. Books lost, written in, torn, leaves turned down, or otherwise damaged, must be replaced, or paid for; and if they belong to a set, the whole must be taken or a reasonable compensation made. This last article applies to both subscribers and non-subscribers. |
