• the said Act of His late Majesty King George the Third, and of

the Building already erected on Part thereof, and such other

Buildings as may be hereafter erected thereon: Be it therefore

enacted as follows: Repeal of s. 51. XVII. The last-recited Enactment is hereby repealed. of 15 & 16 Vict.

XVIII. The said Piece of Ground situate in Southampton The Ground

Buildings aforesaid, and the Building now being thereon, with and Buildings their and every of their Rights, Members, and Appurtenances, are vested in the hereby conveyed to and vested in the Right Honourable Robert Lord Chancel- Monsey Baron Cranworth, the now Lord High Chancellor of lor in trust.

Great Britain, to hold the same Premises to him and his Successors in that Office for ever, in as full and ample a Manner as the same are now vested in Her Majesty the Queen by force of the said Act of His late Majesty King George the Third, in trust, nevertheless, for the Purposes of the same Act, or such of the same Purposes as are now capable of taking effect, and are not inconsistent with the Purposes of this Act, and, subject thereto, for the Uses of the Court of Chancery and the Purposes of this
