Be it enacted, &c., That the district court of the United States of America for the northern district of New York, directed by law to be holden at Utica, shall hereafter be holden at the same place on the last Tuesday of August, instead of the third Tuesday of May, in each year; and that the court directed by law to be holden at Albany, on the second Tuesday of November, shall, instead thereof, hereafter be holden at the same place on the last Tuesday of January in each year. SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all ac vided, That the Legislature of said State, by a Resolution providing for jails in certain cases, for the safe custody of persons committed under the authority of the United States.
