SECRETARY'S REPORT AS TO MEMBERSHIP.

In the interim since the annual meeting at Atlantic City, N. J., April 24-26, 1907, to the issue of this, the Twenty-third Report of the Association, the changes noted below have occurred in the membership:

By deaths, resignations and lapses the Association has. lost 24 active members. On the other hand, it has gained 47 active members, a net gain of 23 active members, 2 honorary members have died during the period.
