It was agreed to reconsider the vote of the 2d instant, on laying on the table the bill (H. R. 1059) to amend the act establishing the Territorial Government of Wisconsin.

R. 897) making appropriations for the support of the army for the year 1839; and agree to all the other amendments of the Senate to the said bill, with amendments; in which they request the concurrence of the Senate.
