Former acts repealed. Exception. Public Act. 26. The Act of Incorporation mentioned in the first Section of this Act, and the several Acts subsequently passed in amendment of the same, are hereby repealed, except in so far as the provisions thereof may require to be kept in force, to carry out the full extent and meaning of this Act. 27.
