As a preliminary step to such a study, an exhaustive bibliography of all the articles and materials relating to science teaching in our secondary schools has been prepared. Nothing of this kind has ever been attempted before. This compilation has been made with unusual care over a period of several years. It will be of invaluable service to school superintendents, curriculum-makers, teachers of science, and students of education throughout the United States.
