None of the holders of the above positions received any additional salary from any other operating com panies as of March, 1932, except that respondent has no accurate information as to compensation received by counsel for receivers from operating companies not connected or affiliated with Seaboard Air Line Ry. The officers holding the above-mentioned positions in March, 1932, are also officers of a number of operating and nonoperating subsidiary companies and a portion of their salaries (which is paid to them by the Seaboard Air Line) is charged to such companies in a lump-sum charge for services rendered to such companies but the amount referable to the salary of each officer and employee has not been segregated in such lump sum charge. Salaries and wages of the receivers and all officers and employees were reduced 10 per cent, effective Feb. 1, 1932, except counsel for receivers.
