As persons who receive the benefits of the act of July 7, 1838, draw but one payment, their names do not remain on the list after such payment. I have not, therefore, returned them as now in the receipt of pensions. The same remarks relative to pensioners under the act of July 7, 1838, apply to those under the act of March 3, 1843.
