An ACT to incorporate the Fayette and Madison
Turnpike Company, and for other purposes.

§ 1. BE it enacted by the General Assembly of Turnpike Co. the Commonwealth of Kentucky, That a company incorporated. be incorporated to make a turnpike road, beginning at the limits of the town of Lexington, on the Boonesborough road, and running from thence in the straightest and best direction to the Kentucky, at Rogers' landing.
