Anmerkung: Statt ou begegnet auch eu (vröude, wende) in ist nur scheinbar ein Diphtong, auszusprechen als langes ii. Dagegen sind die mbd. Diphtonge, namentlich ie no üe, deutlich als solche zu sprechen, wie noch heute zum Teil in den Dialekten, und 'a nicht als einfache Länge, wie heutiges ie, wo e nur als ehnungszeichen steht.
