First Day's Proceedings 19th Annual Meeting of the

Michigan Gas Association

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 1910, 2:30 P. M.

Mr. Alonzo P. Ewing, the Vice-President, called the meeting to order and announced that owing to an accident at the Grand Rapids plant, our President, B. O. Tippy, was unable to be with us on the trip.

The Secretary having explained that all members in attendance were enrolled at the purser's window, he suggested that inasmuch as considerable time would be taken up in calling the roll, it be dispensed with. On motion of Mr. Traver duly seconded, the calling of the roll was dispensed with.

The minutes and proceedings of the last annual meeting having been printed, bound in book form and distributed to all members, on motion of Mr. Butterworth their reading was dispensed with.

The Secretary presented the report of the executive committee as follows:

REPORT OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, 1910.

By the decision of the last meeting of our Association, the time and place of the 1910 meeting was left to the judgment of your executive committee with the recommendation that, if practicable, it be held on board boat and with the alternative that Bay City be favorably considered as a meeting place if held ashore.
