SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 221

IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES,
May 3, 1928.

Resolved, That the reports submitted to the Senate, or which may hereafter be filed with the Secretary of the Senate, pursuant to Senate Resolution 83, current session, relative to the investigation by the Federal Trade Commission of certain electric power and gas utility companies, be printed, with accompanying illustrations, as a document.

IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES,

September 9 (calendar day, September 11), 1929.

Resolved, That as a part of its reports to the Senate, pursuant to Senate Resolution 83, Seventieth Congress, first session, the Federal Trade Commission be required expeditiously to transmit duplicates, or true copies, of all exhibits introduced into its record in hearings held and to be held pursuant to said resolution, and that they be printed as parts of said reports, to accompany the respective parts thereof printed in accordance with Senate Resolution 221 of May 3, 1928; except that as to copyrighted books, bulky volumes, and other lengthy exhibits only such descriptions thereof and pertinent extracts there from shall be printed as the Federal Trade Commission may indicate and transmit with such exhibits for that purpose.
