You will then declare the Grand Lodge of Perfection closed, and open a Grand Lodge of Princes of Jerusalem, and confer the 15th and 16th degrees by name. You will then declare the Grand Lodge of Princes of Jerusalem closed, and open a Grand Lodge of Knights of the East and West, and give that degree by name, with the signs, tokens, and words. You will then close the Grand Lodge of Knights of the East and West, and proceed to give the 18th or Rose Croix degree in extenso. The great length of time necessary is a sufficient reason for not giving the others in that manner.
