Section eighteen of the principal Act is hereby amended(a) by the addition at the end of sub-section (1) of the words "and to all Union aircraft and personnel wheresoever they may be."; and (b) by the insertion after sub-section (1) of the following sub-section: "(1)bis For the purposes of sub-section (1) the personnel of an aircraft shall be deemed to include the pilot or other person in charge of the aircraft, and all other members of the crew of the aircraft.". 8. Section twenty of the principal Act is hereby amended(a) by the deletion of the definition of "air carrier"; (b) by the deletion of the definition of "commercial air service"; and (c) by the substitution for the definition of "Minister" of the following definition: ""Minister' means the Minister of Transport;". 9.
