Let us Pray. I. THOU who art the light of the minds that know Thee, the life of the souls that love Thee, and the strength of the thoughts that seek Thee, help us so to know Thee that we may truly love Thee, so to love Thee that we may fully serve Thee, whose service is perfect freedom. Amen. II. JESUS [ESUS said, "The first of all the commandments is this: Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind." Lord have mercy upon us, and incline our hearts to keep this law. And the second is like unto it—namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself." DELIVER IV. us from self-will, from blindness of mind, from hardness of heart, from frowardness of spirit, from foolish desires, from false ambition, and from forgetfulness of Thee and of thy law. Grant us the spirit of true religion, pure and undefiled; the spirit of meekness and forbearance, of modesty and contentment, of patience and humility. These things we ask, through him who has taught us to say, OUR Father, &c. GIVE Thirteenth Service. IVE unto the Lord glory and strength. Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name. Worship the Lord in beauty of holiness.
