The fifth standard parallel east from the northeast corner of township No. 20 north, range No. 5 east, 12 miles. The eighth standard parallel east from the Columbia guide meridian 78 miles, and west from same meridian 18 miles, and east from the northeast corner of township No. 32 north, range No. 3 east, 18 miles.
