N 10-25-32MEIV The following Digest of Opinions of The Judge Advocate General of the Army for the years 1912-1930, inclusive, with 1931 Supplement is published for the information of the service in general. Care should be taken in applying opinions herein because of differences between the law and regulations under which these opinions were rendered and the law and regulations (frequently added in parenthetical citations or in footnotes) now existing. The latter should be carefully examined before determining the applicability of any particular opinion. Section numbers printed in italics in the tables and index refer to the 1931 Supplement. A star (*) preceding a section number in the main body of the work indicates that new matter has been added in the Supplement. |
