An order was drawn on the Treasurer in favour of Mr. John Nicholson, for the sum of three thousand pounds, State money, dated the seventh day of April last, for the purpose of paying to officers and soldiers of the Pennsylvania line, one-third of their depreciation certificates, for which the said Nicholson is to account.
