Αμερικανικάς ̓Εθελοντικές Υπηρεσίας Περιθάλψεως ἐκ τοῦ

εἰδικοῦ λογαριασμού, δι' όλας τάς τυχόν δαπάνας τάς σχετικάς με την μεταφοράν εφοδίων περιθάλψεως εν Ελλάδι. Ο όρος "μεταφορά" 'ως χρησιμοποιεῖται ἐν τῷ παρόντι "Αρθρῳ, θά

θεωρῆται οὐχί ὅμως ἀποκλειστικῶς, ως περιλαμβάνων παραλαβήν, ἀποθήκευσιν και παράδοσιν.

Αρθρο 17 πρός τήν Ελληνικήν Ταχυδρομικήν Υπηρεσίαν και πρός οιονδήποτε ἄλλο μέσον μεταφορᾶς ἡ παραδόσεως αναφερό μενον ἐν τῇ παρούσῃ Συμβάσει, θά εἶναι ἀναδρομικαί ἀπό τῆς 2ας Ιουλίου 1948 από την προϋπόθεσιν, ἐν τούτοις, ὅτι τοιαῦται οργανώσεις, Υπηρεσίας ή μέσα θά ἔχουν προσκομίση δικαιολογητικά στοιχεῖα τῆς πληρωμῆς τῶν ἐπιβαρύνσεων

μεταφορᾶς, δεικνύοντα ἐν ἑκάστη περιπτώσει, τάς ημερομηνίας,

ποσότητας και σχετικάς δαπάνας.
