A critical analysis of human spoken, written and signed words. I am surprised the level that some authors will go to prove their points. The author left no stone unturned in making the reader realize the importance of the expressed word.

The reader is not let in any doubt as to the inherent power of our words. What I found fascinating is the "how to" bits of the book. I have trailed the author and it is heartening to note that he is putting this immense skill into public use via Word and Happiness Institute. I recommend the book, though a difficult but slow read is required. ( )
